RETURNS

To be eligible for a refund, you must return the product within 14 calendar days of purchase.

The product must be in the same condition as when you received it and must not be damaged in any way.

RETURN PROCESS

To return an item, please contact our customer service to obtain the return address. Once you receive the address, securely pack the item in its original packaging and include your proof of purchase.

In some cases, your return is free of charge. If the reason for the return is not due to an error on the part of citybuyiyds.com, the return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.

REFUNDS

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least 14 days from the date we receive your return for us to process your return or exchange.
